✅ Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Returns cannot be accepted for items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse after delivery.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or modified

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards (if offered)

📦 How to Request a Return

  2. Include your order number, full name, and the reason for your return

  3. Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization along with shipping instructions

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status and process your refund.

💳 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed

  • Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return package, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
